Questions about billing
What happens when the 30 days end?
We agree on next steps before any charge. If you do not want to continue, the trial simply ends — we never ask for a card up front, so nothing bills automatically.
Do I pay for the rollout?
No. Importing products from your previous system, configuring the stores and training the team remotely are all included, and a typical rollout takes about a week.
Is there a contract or penalty?
No. You pay for the month you used. If you leave, we hand your data back and close the account.
Does the price rise if I sell more?
No. We do not bill per invoice, per sale or per user. The bill is the number of stores times the monthly price.
Do I pay per till?
No. The fee is per store, and a store can run as many POS terminals as it needs.
What if I open another store?
It joins the bill from the month it starts trading. There is no fee to open a new location.
